Parmi ses nombreuses fonctions, la peau est :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La barri\u00e8re principale entre notre organisme et l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur<\/li>\n<li>Le moyen principale de r\u00e9gulation de la temperature interne<\/li>\n<li>Une voie d&#8217;\u00e9limination des d\u00e9chets<\/li>\n<li>Impliqu\u00e9e dans la production de la vitamine D<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elle est soumise aux agressions internes (alcool, tabac, stress oxydatif\u2026) et externes (pollution, compos\u00e9s toxiques et \u00e9videmment le soleil).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Et les UV?<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nL\u2019exposition aux UV entra\u00eene des r\u00e9actions de photo-oxydation qui ab\u00eement les cellules de la peau et leur ADN.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a 3 types d&#8217;UV :<br \/>\n<strong>UVA<\/strong> : 95% des UV. P\u00e9n\u00e8trent en profondeur dans la peau. Responsables du vieillissement de la peau, d\u00e9gradation de collag\u00e8ne et \u00e9lastine (= apparition des rides), taches et allergies solaires.<br \/>\n<strong>UVB<\/strong> : p\u00e9n\u00e8trent moins en profondeur. Responsables de la synth\u00e8se de la vitamine D et le bronzage mais responsable aussi des coups de soleil ou du cancer de la peau.<br \/>\n<strong>UVC<\/strong> : bloqu\u00e9s par la couche d\u2019ozone.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>C&#8217;est quoi le bronzage ? Et le coup de soleil ?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le bronzage est un mode de protection de la peau &#8211; face aux rayons UV &#8211; qui passe par :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">multiplication des k\u00e9ratinocytes (les cellules qui produisent la k\u00e9ratine) \u2192 la peau devient plus dure et moins perm\u00e9able aux UV.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">production de m\u00e9lanine par les m\u00e9lanocytes \u2192 majeure protection de la peau contre les UV.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts aux cellules caus\u00e9s par les UV B deviennent trop importants on a la fameux &#8220;<em>coup de soleil<\/em>&#8221; (= brulure de 1er voire 2e degr\u00e9) :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">inflammation locale (douleur).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">apoptose (mort programm\u00e9e des cellules ab\u00eem\u00e9es pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019elles se reproduisent) \u2192 desquamation de la peau.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Le soleil est donc un ami ou un ennemi ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nMalgr\u00e9 les risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 une exposition incorrecte et prolong\u00e9e au soleil (vieillissement de la peau, coups de soleil, cancer de la peau&#8230;), <strong>le soleil repr\u00e9sente une source de bienfaits innombrables pour notre sant\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Selon la recherche, <strong>75% de vitamine D devrait venir du soleil<\/strong>. Il suffit de s&#8217;exposer entre 15 et 30 minutes au soleil doux (avant 11h et\/ou apr\u00e8s 17h) pour un bon apport en vitamine D.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stimulation de la fonction cutan\u00e9e<\/strong>, par la sollicitation des glandes s\u00e9bac\u00e9es et sudoripares.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Renforcement des<\/strong> <strong>glandes et du syst\u00e8me nerveux<\/strong> (ce qui nous permet donc de recharger nos batteries).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Am\u00e9lioration du<\/strong> <strong>r\u00e9seau capillaires de surface<\/strong> (augmentation de l&#8217;irrigation \u00e0 la surface de la peau).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tout ce qu&#8217;il faut faire pour \u00e9viter les risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;exposition au soleil, c&#8217;est de suivre quelques simples r\u00e8gles de base et de bien pr\u00e9parer sa peau avant de s&#8217;exposer !<\/p>\n<p>Vous vous demandez pourquoi ? En effet, certains nutriments peuvent avoir un r\u00f4le protecteur face aux UV : <em>carot\u00e8ne, vitamines, polyph\u00e9nols, om\u00e9ga 3<\/em>. Mais c\u2019est quoi en vrai ? O\u00f9 les trouver ?<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019<strong>antioxydants<\/strong> qui aident la peau \u00e0 augmenter son absorbance et son opacit\u00e9 et en r\u00e9duisant la quantit\u00e9 de radicaux libres dans l\u2019organisme. On les retrouve dans la plupart des fruits et des l\u00e9gumes, surtout ceux de saison (joliment color\u00e9s). Quelques exemples :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Carot\u00e8nes<\/em> : (notamment le b\u00eata-carot\u00e8ne): carottes, patates douces, abricots, l\u00e9gumes verts \u00e0 feuilles (\u00e9pinards, salade, roquette), algues\u2026<\/li>\n<li><em>Lycop\u00e8ne<\/em> : tomate (puree), past\u00e8que, poivrons&#8230;<\/li>\n<li><em>Vitamine A<\/em> : foie de veau, oeufs, huile de foie de morue, persil, l\u00e9gumes verts, saumon, sardines, huile de p\u00e9pins de raisin\u2026<\/li>\n<li><em>Vitamine C<\/em> : fruits rouge, fraise, framboise, poivron, chou, persil, brocoli<\/li>\n<li><em>Vitamine E<\/em> : huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales (tournesol, germe de bl\u00e9 avocat olive), amande, noisette, herbes aromatiques<\/li>\n<li><em>Om\u00e9ga 3<\/em> : poisson gras, sardines, maquereaux, noix, noisettes, amandes, noix de cajou&#8230;<\/li>\n<li><em>Astaxanthine<\/em> (carot\u00e8ne qui donne la couleur rose aux crevettes, effet protecteur) : crustac\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Attention : Ces nutriments ont une action sur le long terme. et pour apporter des b\u00eata-carot\u00e8nes.<br \/>\nPour en <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">effet autobronzant<\/span> et une <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">l\u00e9g\u00e8re protection<\/span> contre les UV.
