Moi j&#8217;ai d\u00e9but\u00e9 avec <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>RespiRelax+<\/em><\/span>&#8230; une petite bulle monte pendant 5 secondes (c&#8217;est le moment d&#8217;inspirer!)&#8230; puis elle descend pendant 5 secondes (et l\u00e0 vous expirez!).
