Mais comment faire ?<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques conseils naturopathiques simples et efficaces que vous pouvez mettre en place d\u00e8s maintenant.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>Avant de commencer votre \u201c<em>r\u00e9forme alimentaire<\/em>\u201d, je vous conseille de noter sur un cahier tous vos repas pendant une semaine : du petit-d\u00e9jeuner au d\u00eener, grignotages et go\u00fbters inclus ! En plus, le corps arr\u00eate la combustion de graisses pour consommer les sucres ing\u00e9r\u00e9s au petit-d\u00e9j.<\/p>\n<p>Exit donc les g\u00e2teaux et les biscuits, m\u00eame si bio, et \u00e9galement le pain blanc. Privil\u00e9giez un petit-d\u00e9jeuner \u00e0 base de prot\u00e9ines et de bonnes graisses.Selon vos go\u00fbts et votre faim, vous pouvez opter par :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>des oeufs \u00e0 la coque ou mollets<\/li>\n<li>une tranche de pain complet bio avec un demi avocat ou une pur\u00e9e d&#8217;ol\u00e9agineux (amande, noix de cajou, etc.) sans sucres ajout\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>des sardines<\/li>\n<li>des flocons d\u2019avoine (sans gluten et sans sucre ni chocolat)<\/li>\n<li>des fruits frais de saison<\/li>\n<li>un pudding de chia avec du lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Et si vous n\u2019avez pas faim le matin ? Vous limiterez donc les exc\u00e8s alimentaires et vous br\u00fblerez plus de graisses.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce qui concerne les boissons du matin, \u00e9vitez le caf\u00e9 car il perturbe la digestion. Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez du <strong><em>th\u00e9 vert bio<\/em><\/strong>, des <em><strong>infusions drainantes<\/strong><\/em> (reine des pr\u00e9s, ortie, pissenlit, bouleau, graines de fenouil, persil\u2026), de la <em><strong>chicor\u00e9 bio<\/strong><\/em> (qui stimule le transit) et si vraiment vous n\u2019arrivez pas \u00e0 vous d\u00e9barrasser du caf\u00e9, optez pour du d\u00e9ca bio, d\u00e9caf\u00e9in\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019eau et non aux solvants (on le trouve dans le magasins bio).<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Important<\/span><\/strong> : \u00e9vitez les jus de fruits le matin, m\u00eame ceux \u201cfaits maison\u201d, car ils contiennent une grande quantit\u00e9 de glucides qui entrent direct en circulation dans le sang, puisqu&#8217;il n\u2019y a pas les fibres du fruits pour ralentir l\u2019absorption des glucides !<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Recette tisane drainante :<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n&#8211; 2 c.a.s. de graines de fenouil bio<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 c.a.s. de feuilles de bouleau<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 c.a.s. de pissenlit<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 branche de persil<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 litre d\u2019eau<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 jus de citron bio<br \/>\nPortez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition l\u2019eau. Versez toutes les plantes dans l\u2019eau bouillante et retirer du feu. Laissez infuser pendant 20 minutes. Filtrez et laissez refroidir. A \u00e9vitez aussi les fromages (surtout de vache), la charcuterie et limiter la viande rouge.<br \/>\nLa majorit\u00e9 des bonnes graisses se trouvent dans les poissons gras comme le <em>hareng, le thon, le maquereau, les sardines et le saumon<\/em>.
